Vulgarian Standards
The top flag is the National or Electors Standard. Every Regiment is awarded one of these. The bottom flag is the Regimental Standard for regiments of foot. The color on the flag matches the regimental color.
So what we have here is the Regimental Standard for the Bosklosviakov Musketeer Rgt. the senior musketeer regiment in the Vulgarian Army.
The great white boar is the symbol of the Elector. As a heraldic device the boar represents stubbornness, bravery and a willingness to fight to the death.

Vulgaria sounds like the more respectable cousin of Bossanova (my tertiary ImagiNation, also in black coats and carrying boar standards).
Nice design work :)
Pleasant design indeed!
Long life to Vulgaria Reborn!
These look good indeed. I particularly like the facing color quartering . . . it should look good with all of the uniform facing colors.
What have you got in mind for your mounted flag pattern?

I haven't decided on standards for the mounted branch of Vulgaria, which consists of a Co of Guard, a Rgt of Dragoons and one or two Rgts of Hussars with a fair number of Irregular Sqdrns.
